Brought to life in partnership with Limerick Chamber, Limerick Opera Festival and other local collaborators, the night blended high-end opera performance, motivational insight and top-notch networking — all under one stylish roof.

Our Role: Bringing the Magic to Life ✨

As the event management team, we handled:

• Full sound & lighting design to create the perfect ambience — from elegant opera entrances to crisp transitions into panel discussions.

• Vendor management to coordinate catering (champagne & canapés on arrival), stage set-up, furniture rental and décor that sat beautifully within the modern space of One Opera Square.

• Content creation across social media channels — capturing pre-event teasers, live moments and post-event highlights to amplify the night’s impact.

• Guest liaison services — from welcome and registration to ensuring VIPs and attendees enjoyed the experience seamlessly.
