This depends on the event type and venue selected. Some venues have minimum spend requirements or guest numbers. We’ll work with you to find the most suitable option based on your group size and goals.
Yes. We provide professional AV production, including sound systems, microphones, LED screens, lighting setups, video playback, and stage builds. We also manage on-site tech teams to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.
Deposits and payment structures vary based on the scale and type of event. Typically, a booking deposit is required to secure the venue and services, with the balance due before the event. We’ll provide a clear payment schedule in your proposal.
Yes, we offer photography, content creation and videography as part of our packages. We also provide extras like magic mirror photo booths, 360 video booths, branded content banks, and post-event highlight reels to help you maximise marketing and internal communications after the event.
Yes. We can assist with internal event communications, email marketing support, branded invite links, guest list management, digital RSVP forms, and even content for post-event social media or internal newsletters.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak periods like summer and Christmas. Ideally, allow 8–12 weeks for larger events, but we can also accommodate shorter timelines depending on availability and scope.
